EAES members and ESGE Individual Member registration : Members receive a 20% registration fee reduction. This benefit is only valid for registration before the first deadline of June 23, 2008.
The fees cover: Participation in the scientific plenary sessions and in confirmed working groups, welcome reception,coffee breaks and lunches from Thursday afternoon, 25 September through Saturday noon, 27 September 2008, congress material.
Accommodation: While registering it is possible to reserve hotel rooms at the Radisson SAS Royal Hotel, the workshop venue, or at the NH Grand Place Arensberg or the Crowne Plaza Brussels within walking distance of the Radisson SAS.
Brussels attracts many tourists in September, so make sure to secure your hotel room as soon as possible. Each participant will individually receive a confirmation, indicating the name and address of the hotel. The booking is confirmed upon receipt of the corresponding credit card data. Companies are requested to block-book rooms for their delegates with the congress office CPO HANSER SERVICE.
*Team members: Participants are greatly encouraged to register in “teams” composed of a minimally invasive surgeon and an interventional gastroenterologist (Maximum numer of persons per team: 2). As teamwork is considered an important aspect of the workshop, persons may take advantage of the reduced fee by joining forces. All participants are required to register for the workshop individually, whether as part of a team or not. When registering, persons who wish to participate as teams will be required to insert the name of their partner in the allocated field. Should the person assigned as partner not register for the workshop, the person registering as team member will be required to pay the individual registration fee. The outstanding balance will be payable by 8 September 2008.
2. PAYMENT
When registering for the EURO-NOTES 2008 Workshop please arrange payment of the registration fee. All payments must be made in EUR. You can choose between two forms of payment. Especially for payments made from outside Germany, we recommend credit card payment. All bank collection fees are the sole responsibility of the registrant.

3. REGISTRATION DEADLINE
Early registration fee deadline: Monday, June 23rd, 2008 midnight CEST
Registration deadline: Monday, September 22nd, 2008 midnight CEST.
5. VISAS AND LETTERS OF INVITATION
Visas are not required for visitors from most of European Countries. For all other countries, visas are issued on a reciprocal basis. It is advisable to contact the local Belgian Embassy or Consulate.
If required, a personal "letter of invitation" to facilitate the obtaining of visa or supporting funds for participation in the workshop will be issued by the conference secretariat (en2008@euro-notes.org). It should nevertheless be understood that this letter could not be considered as a commitment of the organisers to provide any financial support. This letter will be sent only to participants already registered.The deadline for asking such an “invitation lettter” is Friday, August 22, 2008.
7. CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION
Upon receipt of the registration form and the corresponding payment, each participant will receive a confirmation, which also serves as receipt. Please present this confirmation of participation at the registration counter when picking up your conference material.
8. CANCELLATION POLICY
Workshop:
In case of cancellation, please notify the congress office CPO HANSER SERVICE in writing only. A full refund (minus an administrative charge of EUR 50) will be given for cancellations received by 1 August 2008. After this date, no refunds will be given.
Hotel:
For cancellations and changes, please contact the congress office CPO HANSER SERVICE. Any cancellation or change must be in writing. In the event of cancellation a handling fee of EUR 25 per cancelled room will be charged. After 28 May 2008 the hotel will charge additional cancellation fees.
